- For users who have not canceled their pending orders before 18:00 on May 13(UTC+8), CITEX platform will cancel their pending orders uniformly;
- CITEX will close the withdrawal of the above coins at 18:00 on May 20, 2020 (UTC+8). Please transfer related assets to your wallet or another trading platform in advance;
- If the withdrawal function has been suspended, please contact customer service or submit a request, CITEX will arrange the processing as soon as possible.
