1. Deposit ETH or ERC20 token through smart contracts
- Explanation: Users deposit ETH or ERC20 token through smart contract, which will cause the deposit cannot be automatically credited. Please do not transfer directly to the CITEX address. Users can use the ETH or ERC20 personal wallet address to receive and then deposit to the CITEX account.
- Processing method: If the user deposit by smart contract, please submit a request and CITEX staff will arrange for processing.
- Processing time: It usually takes 1-3 working days, please wait patiently after submitting a request; if the verification is correct, it will be credited to your CITEX account for you, please pay attention to check the balance.
- Processing fees: As the processing involves the cost of multi-party operation review process and pooling, the basic processing fee of 0.02 ETH or equivalent tokens will be deducted. To avoid necessary expenses, please do not recharge by smart
2. Forgotten or incorrect deposit address remarks (Payment ID, Data, Tag, Message, Memo)
- Explanation: XCASH, NYZO, CCX, NBXC, ARQ, BLOC, MSR, KRB, TRTL, BLUR, XHV and other currency must be filled in correctly according to CITEX requirements for successful deposit.
- Processing method: If the user forgot or fill incorrect deposit address remarks, please submit a request and CITEX staff will arrange for processing.

3. Change of deposit address
- Explanation: Due to wallet upgrade and change of deposit address. CITEX will notify users in advance when the currency of the deposit address changes. Please check the latest deposit address promptly to avoid problems with your regular deposit.
- Processing method: If the user recharges to the old address and deposit is fail, please submit a request and CITEX staff will arrange for processing.
